Marielle Mathews, PsyD, NCSP
I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and certified school psychologist in Pennsylvania and Delaware and can offer a range of psychological services. I provide individual counseling for children and adolescents ranging from age 12-21. My counseling experience includes working with children and adolescents of varying ages and abilities. I have worked with students with disabilities, and through my teaching background, I am able to break tasks down so an individual is able to meet his or her potential. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, social skills, emotional regulation skills, applying effective problem solving and study skills.
I also provide psychological evaluations and diagnostic testing for children and adolescents. I have worked as a school psychologist for over 13 years, so I am aware of the challenges families often face when planning for a child’s educational opportunities. I am an advocate for your child, and together we will use the data from the evaluation in order to provide your child with an optimal learning experience.
